No-cream Cookie Dessert
Today, we'll begin with a quite simple, easy and tasty recipe for a dessert. Perfect to be made and served in little individual glasses.
We will need:
- 10 Mary-type cookies
 - 60 grams of sugar or its equivalence in sweetener
 - 12 grams of powedered gelatin premix
 - 500 mililiters of milk
 - Liquid candy
 - 1 handful of nuts (to taste)
 - 15 mililiters of vanilla essence

Once we have all of the ingredients measured, we begin our recipe:
- We heat 250 milliliters of milk over low heat, without letting it boil
 - We crush the cookies until they are almost powder
 - Mix the crushed cookies with the remaining 250 milliliters of milk, gelatin powder, sugar and vanilla essence. You can also replace it with chocolate essence
 - When the mixture is well integrated, we toss it in the saucepan with the hot milk and stir until it boils. The mixture must be thick and homogeneous
 - When the mixture is thick and homogeneous, place it in individual containers and leave to warm at room temperature
 - When it's warm, add a layer of liquid caramel on top and decorate with the nuts
 - Reserve in the refrigerator for 3 hours or until set
