Garlic base that can be reconstituted as garlic sauce for commercial use or added as ingredient to reinforce flavors in diverse industrial products.
Presentation
Transparent polyethylene bags with sanitary seal, placed inside high density linear polyethylene (HDPE) containers and lids, in a presentation of 17 kg net weight.
Storage
Store in clean, dry, cool areas at room temperature, not higher than 30 ºC. Avoid freezing temperatures.
